One-liner
Resift is the place where “I should try that” goes so it doesn’t die in your notes app — capture in two seconds, decide with a swipe.
Short description
Resift is a capture-and-decide app for iPhone. Jot anything down in two seconds; it is auto-sorted on-device into decks (things to try, do, shop, buy, watch, visit) and resurfaced at the right moment as a swipe deck: keep it, drop it, mark it done, or snooze it. Kept shopping items become smart checklists that learn your staples. Resift is local-first — no server, no account, no analytics — and sold as a one-time purchase.
Long description
Everyone has a graveyard of good intentions in their notes app: the restaurant a friend recommended, the album to listen to, the gadget to research. Capture is easy — deciding is what never happens. Resift fixes the deciding half. Capturing takes one bare text field and two seconds. On-device rules sort each entry into one of six decks, and Resift resurfaces items when a decision is actually likely — not as another guilt-inducing list. Each card takes one of four swipes: right to keep, left to drop (into the Graveyard, not the void), up to mark done, down to snooze until a smarter time. “Shop it” items collect into sectioned shopping runs, and Resift learns purchase intervals for staples — milk roughly every eight days — to suggest them at the right moment. Privacy is architectural: there is no server, no account, and no analytics SDK; everything stays on the device, and the App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected.” Resift is a one-time purchase. No subscription.
